The Surgery is closed between 12.30pm and 1.15pm daily. In the event of an urgent medical problem between these times please contact the Practice Emergency Line on 0776 248 4271.

If you need help when we are closed

In the event of a medical emergency outside of surgery hours, please telephone the Southern Area Urgent Care Service on 028 3839 9201. A receptionist will take your details and a practitioner will phone you back. They will decide whether you need to come in to the Out of Hours Centre. Please do not arrive at the Centre without consultation with the Out of Hours Doctor first. Home visits are only for those medically unfit to travel.

Staff Training Closures 2026

The Surgery will close between 1.15pm – 6pm on the following dates for staff training:

  • 09.09.2026
  • 14.10.2026
  • 11.11.2026
  • 09.12.2026

In the event of a medical emergency when the surgery is closed for staff training on the dates above, please contact the practice emergency line on 0776 2484 271 between 1.15pm and 6.pm.
